Kiwanis International is divided into regions, districts, divisions and local clubs.
Kiwanis International is led by an International President, Vice President, and governed by a Board of Trustees elected by member deleates attending the annual International Convention. International Regions are led by members of the Kiwanis International Board of Trustees. Districts represent grassroots members and are led by an elected District Governor and have a District council as the governing body. Divisions provide the local level or leadership under the guidance of an elected division Lt. Governor. The local club elects the following officers: president, president-elect, secretary, treasurer, and board of directors.
